He is survived by: his wife Wanda Helen Scarbrough; his children, Rick Scarbrough (Linda), Jennifer Scarbrough-Threlkeld (Bill), David Scarbrough (Anita) and Jeff Scarbrough (Michelle); and his grandchildren, Kohl Threlkeld, Jason Scarbrough, McKenzie Threlkeld, Rich Scarbrough, Sacha Beach, Ryan Hoy, Caitlen Ambrose and Cooper Scarbrough.
