He was predeceased by: his parents, Rev. Gene L. Bicknell and Mary J. Norvell Bicknell; and his parents-in-law, Thomas S. and Helen R. Chaney. He is survived by: his wife Dr. Teresa Chaney Bicknell; his daughters, Kristen (Stephen Smith) and Kerin (Matthew Cornett); his grandchildren, Trey Smith (Erica), Caleb Smith, Alexandria Smith, Isabella Cornett and Lucas Cornett; his great grandchildren, Sophia, Olivia and Mia Smith; his brother Rev. Timothy; his sister-in-law Mary Bicknell; his sister Brenda; and his siblings-in-law, Jim Hamilton Jr., Wendell T., Sharon Chaney, Jeffrey and Betty Chaney. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
