He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Price and Emily Price; his son Clinton Himmelberg Price; and his granddaughter Addison Grace Price. He is survived by: his wife Mary Price of Knoxville; his brother Stuart; his sister-in-law Suzi Price of Nashville; his son Jason; his daughter-in-law Crissy Price; his daughter Amanda; his son-in-law Ryan Donovan; and his grandchildren, Elijah, Asher Price, Declan and Liam Donovan. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, brothers and sisters-in-laws.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Luke's Ministry at St. John Neumann Catholic Church.
