He was predeceased by: his father William Peters; his son Anthony Peters Jr.; and his brother Jeff Peters. He is survived by: his mother Betty Young Levers of Florida; his children, Michael Peters (Erin) of Raleigh, Stephen Peters (Becky) of Murfreesboro, John Peters (Jackie) of Glenwood and Diana Perkins (Jonathan) of Flintville, Tennessee.; and his siblings, Kenny Peters (Sherry) of California, David Peters of California and Gayle Way (Donald) of California. He is also survived by fifteen grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
