He was predeceased by: his mother Frances Victoria Webb. He is survived by: his wife Patsy Deal Webb; and his sons, Wayne Webb (Susan), Joe Webb (late Judy Stovall), Mike Webb, Steven Webb (Candy) and Kevin Webb (Jennifer). He is also survived by three sisters; one brother.
