He was predeceased by: his parents, Earle W. Stevens and Lenora Witham Stevens; his wife Eva Mae Dunham Stevens; and his brother Clysle Stevens. He is survived by: his sisters, May Stevens of Chattanooga, Celeste Duncan (Barry) of Fayetteville and Elaine Barrows of Oakland. He is also survived by three grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
A graveside service was held on Monday, September 21st 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Riverview Memorial Garden (119 River Dr, Fayetteville, TN 37334).
