He is survived by: his daughter Sandra Kirk (Bryan); his grandchildren, Sarah Kirk, Bryan David Kirk, Summer Puryear Miracle, Rebecca Puryear and Jordan Mascari; and his siblings, Patricia Bevels, Mary Haley, Sarah West (Randy) and Donnie Puryear. He is also survived by three great grandchildren.
