He was predeceased by: his father James Wallace Casteel. He is survived by: his mother Mary Evalynn Casteel; and his siblings, Jane Spradley (Joe), Kaye Noah (Kenneth), Connie Scruggs (Russell), Tracey Coble (Mark) and Gary Casteel (Sandra). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
A graveside service was held on Wednesday, September 24th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Old Orchard Cemetery.
