He was predeceased by: his wife Lois Williams; his parents, Dallas Williams and Dorothy Williams; his sisters, Willa Doynea Williams and Wanda Diane Moon; and his brother-in-law John Smiley.
He is survived by: his brothers, Daryl Williams (Diane) and David Williams (Pam); and his siblings-in-law, Linda Smiley, Marie Dye, Rita Clardy (Jack), Evelyn Smith and Noel Angers. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
