He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Hard and Anne Conable Hard. He is survived by: his wife Joy Audrey Conklin Hard of Fayetteville; his children, Kenneth Robert Hard (Donna) of Fayetteville, Andrew Jonathan Hard (Cherie) of Meridianville, Bradley Michael Hard (Mary Ann) of Fayetteville and Kelly Jean Collins (Dwayne) of Mulberry; and his brothers, Roger Hard (Kate) of New York and Jerome Hard (Mary) of Alaska. He is also survived by six grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.
