Though Harold may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Harold touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Bonnie Phillips and Clara Elizabeth Rhoden Phillips; his wife Peggy Ann Towry Phillips; and his siblings, Geraldine Askins, Louise Bryant, Jack Phillips and Buddy "Hershel" Phillips.
He is survived by: his daughter Carol Ann McBay; his granddaughter Regina McBay Phillips (Justin); his sister-in-law Linda Phillips; and his stepgrandchildren, DeeDee Owens and Dion McBay. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
