He was predeceased by: his father Jerry Wayne Spray. He is survived by: his mother Sybile Milstead Spray; his children, Joshua Chad "J. C." Spray, Chance Spray, Weston Spray, Gracie Spray and Audrey Spray; his granddaughter Mayleigh Rose Frazier; his sister Shannon Fried (Ronnie); his nieces, Kendall McGeorge, Hannah Fried and Lexi Fried; and the mother of his children Jennifer Spray. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 5th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Higgins Funeral Home (213 Market St E, Fayetteville, TN 37334). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 6th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, December 6th 2025 at the Prospect Cemetery.
