He was predeceased by: his parents, John David Harper, Jr. and Carolyn Cooper Harper. He is survived by: his wife Sonia Harper; his stepdaughter Rachael Little; his grandson Jake Little; and his siblings, Teresa Cissel and Daniel Harper. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
