He is survived by: his sons, Adam Smith (Susan), Eric Smith (Tai) and Nick Smith; his granddaughters, Iris Smith and Charlie Smith; his brothers, Tracey Smith (LeeAnn) and Terry Smith; and his siblings' children, Gavin Smith, Kaleigh Smith, Brennan Smith, Christie Smith, Missy Smith, Corey Smith (Stephanie) and Jimmy Thad Eatherly.
