Though Retha Dee may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold McNeese and Mary IV McNeese (Smith); her husband Larry Helms; her daughter Tammie Carter; her daughter-in-law Selina Kelley; her sister-in-law Linda McNeese; her sisters, Midgie Kelley, Sarah McNeese and Melinda Best; and her grandson Mark Carter.
She is survived by: her children, Derial Kelley (Mary) of Belvidere, Randy Kelley of Fayetteville, Tennessee and Jeanie Price of Fayetteville; and her brother Mickey McNeese of Alabama.
