She was predeceased by: her parents, William Claude Box and Janie Alene Lynchard Box. She is survived by: her husband Richard C. Phillips of Fayetteville; her children, Richard Allen Phillips (Nancy) of Cornersville, TN and Rita L. Spence (Jeff) of Darby, MT; her grandchildren, Richard Lee Phillips, Victoria Mitchell, Jesse Phillips, Levi Spence, Logan Spence, Cody Phillips, Madison Steelman, Mariah Smith, Tyler Street, Sam Bell and Danny Bell; and her siblings, Rose Delong of Fayetteville, Sylvia Ahlborn of Fayetteville and Joe Box of Indiana. She is also survived by 16 great grandchildren.
