She was predeceased by: her parents, Mable Hughes and Ernest Hughes; her former husband Wade Cantrell; and her husband Bill Priest. She is survived by: her daughters, Candice Thomas (Steve) of Mt. Juliet, TN and Carman Smith (Dwight) of Fayetteville, TN; and her grandchildren, Chris Thomas (Tara), Greg Thomas (Kelley), Allison Weathers (Darren), Brittany Hickson (Brandon), AnnaMoon and Caleb Smith (Kali). She is also survived by 13 great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 17th 2026 from 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the Gallant-Riverview Funeral Home (508 College St W, Fayetteville, TN 37334). A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 17th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
