He was predeceased by: his parent Thomas Floyd Painter, Sr.; and his sister Carla Painter. He is survived by: his mother Linda Campbell Painter; his children, Kirsten Lowe (Bradley), Kelsi Painter and Tommy Painter; and his grandchildren, Trenton Lowe, Chandler Lowe and Ryan Dollar.
