She is survived by: her son Steven Nash; her adoptive son Billy Melson; and her siblings, James Earl Brown, Ruth Kiestler, Carolyn Southern, Bobby Brown (Kathy), William Brown, Donna Springer and Linda Talley (Wayne). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
