It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sandra Denise Carver of Flag Pond, Tennessee, who passed away on January 15, 2023, at the age of 58, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Jack Silvers and Dorothy "Tootsie" Tipton; and her son-in-law Ryan Cichowski. She is survived by : her daughter Amanda Cichowski of Flag Pond; her siblings, Tim Silvers of Greeneville and Joyce Shelton (Darrell) of Flag Pond; her close friend Charles Carver of Flag Pond; her sister Emma Lou Carver of Mars Hill, NC; her nieces and nephews, Brandon Silvers, Brittany Silvers, Kayla Ledford (Joel), Sheena Harris, Matthew Shelton (Shauna) and Isaac Shelton; and her great-nieces, Carolina Ledford and Ivy Shelton.
