She was predeceased by: her parent Altie Smith; her children, Sandra Lewis, Larry Worley and Mackie Worley; and her siblings, Etha Mooney, Barbara Wilburn and Chuck Wilburn.
She is survived by: her children, Debbie Parker of Flintville, TN, William Worley of Flintville, TN and Richard McDonald of Scottsboro, AL; and her sister Faye Lamay. She is also survived by eighteen grandchildren; numerous great grandchildren.
