He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd A. Marrs and Idella George Marrs; his wife Linda Faye Walker Marrs; and his siblings, Lib Burcham, Avis Luttrell, Rachel Steel, Inez Hulsey, Lee Marrs, Junior Marrs and Isaac Marrs.
He is survived by: his daughter Penny Massey (Troy); his grandson Casey Massey (Montana); his great grandchildren, Ella James Massey and June Faye Massey; his sister Mary Ruth May; and his sister-in-law Marie Marrs. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105-9959.
