We are sad to announce that on April 6, 2024, at the age of 87, Kenneth Ray Rutledge of Flintville, Tennessee passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his mother Clara Virginia Smith Rutledge. He is survived by : his wife Nancy Duke Rutledge of Flintville; and his daughter Vicki Stout (Paul) of Anderson, SC. He is also survived by two grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
