She was predeceased by: her parents, Cecil Clyde "Jack" Kramer and Genevieve Kramer (Hazelrigg); and her siblings, Mary Goodman (Pat Vaughn) and Steve Kramer. She is survived by: her sons, Todd Carter (Lori) of Franklin and Chip Carter of Franklin; her grandsons, Hayes (Brynne McCormick) and William Carter; and her brothers, Bill Kramer, Tommy Kramer (Debbie) and Bobby Kramer (Cynthia). She is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Rosie Baptist Church (3129 Newport Rd, Rosie, AR 72571). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
Memorials may be made to Rosie Baptist Church or First Baptist Church, Osceola, AR.
