She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Burney "S. B." Grubbs and Lillian Jane Moore Grubbs; her husband Quentis Fuqua; and her siblings, John Grubbs, Anne McRae and Martha Patterson.
She is survived by: her daughters, Tara Fox (Brad) of Franklin, TN and Brooke Shelton (Tim) of Nashville, TN; her sister Mary Rives (Tom) of Clarksville, TN; and her grandchildren, Sarah Beth Fox, John Fox, Lily Fox, Sam Shelton and Kate Shelton. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
