He is survived by: his wife Maudene Rutledge; his sons, Bobby Rutledge, Jr. (Michelle) and Darin Rutledge (Kelley); his grandchildren, Logan Rutledge, Morgan Greene (Tristan), Dustin Rutledge, Hunter Rutledge, Jameson Shannon and Katherine Shannon; his great grandchildren, Hayden, Lily, Addison and Russell; and his stepchildren, Pam Coggins (John) and Cliff Pewitt (Margaret).
