He is survived by: his wife Mamie McArthur Sanders; his children, Tiffany Richmond (Travis), Christi Smith (Kelly) and Tommy McArthur (Vicki); his siblings, Jeff Sanders (Jane) and Sandra Shoemake (Jerry); his grandchildren, Lauren Richmond, Casey Smithson (Hannah) and Libby Warren (Adam); his great grandchild Tatum Warren; and his brother-in-law Charles Wilson (Cheryl).
