He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward P. Neel and Sadonia Dermenstein Neel; and his sister Norie Saltzberg. He is survived by: his wife Shelia M. Neel; his children, Blake Neel (Julie), Jared Marcel (Belinda) and Michelle Neel LaBlanc (Mark); his grandchildren, Grayson, Mia, Molly, Maggy and MJ; his siblings, Eddie Neel, Clyde Neel, Robert Neel, Morris Neel, Mark Neel and Donie Senac; and his close friend Devin LaFaye.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, July 20th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Monday, July 21st 2025 at 11:00 AM. A funeral service will be held on Monday, July 21st 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the St. Philip Catholic Church (113 2nd Ave S, Franklin, TN 37064). A burial will be held on Monday, July 21st 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Williamson Memorial Gardens (3009 Columbia Ave, Franklin, TN 37064).
