Neel; his children, Blake Neel (Julie), Jared Marcel (Belinda) and Michelle Neel LaBlanc (Mark); his grandchildren, Grayson, Mia, Molly, Maggy and MJ; his siblings, Eddie Neel, Clyde Neel, Robert Neel, Morris Neel, Mark Neel and Donie Senac; and his close friend Devin LaFaye.
