She is survived by: her husband James Bassham; her children, Derrick Buchanan (Beth), Charlie "Poo Poo" Buchanan (Porcha), Carolyn Buchanan, Marilyn Wade and Lisa Rucker (Edward); her siblings, Harold Allen, Johnnie Louise Wilson, Willie Hill (John) and Carolyn Wall; and her goddaughter Brenda Wade (George). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.
