We are sad to announce that, on January 24, 2026, at the age of 65, David Lee Horton of Franklin, Tennessee passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Harrison Horton and Anne Horton; his wife Gail Marie (Livingston); his children, Rachel VonDohlen (Trevor), Danielle Pratt (Peyton), Joel Horton (Lauren), Donna Howell (Jacob), Christal Horton and Connor Horton; his grandchildren, Brooklyn, Sophia, Briana, Harrison, Copeland, Kayla, Beckham, Higgins, Elliott, Henry, Benjamin, Jacob, Weston, Sawyer, Laney Caroline and Isla; and his siblings, Susan Morden (John), Cynthia Cavanaugh (John), Jim Horton (Anne) and Juli Meier. He was also cherished by the many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in David's memory to Samaritan's Purse or the Nashville Rescue Mission.
