He was predeceased by: his parents, Orien B. Rigney and Eleanor C. Davis. He is survived by: his wife Becky Rigney; his son Travis Rigney (Christina); and his siblings, Brian Rigney (Beth), Dan Rigney (Holly), Renee Cobb (Patrick), Wendy Salman (Pete), Denise Villwock (Jeff) and Doug Rigney. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews; a grand niece; two grand nephews; and many cousins.
