He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Richard Bracey and Lela Maude Felts Bracey; and his daughter Wanda Bracey. He is survived by: his wife Anne Stone Bracey; his children, Franklin Dee Bracey, III (Beth) and Denee'Bracey Davis (Jeff); his stepchildren, Susan Crockett Blackburn (Doug) and Robert Creighton Crockett (Susan); his sisters, Frances Bracey Pilkington and Patricia Bracey Dauscha; his grandchildren, Benjamin Bracey Davis (Mary Elizabeth), Harrison Lynn Davis (Lesley), Hailey Elizabeth Bracey and Emma Kathryn Bracey; his stepgrandchildren, Allie-Anne Haney (Britt), Darby Sinclair (Drew) and Luke Creighton Crockett (Mercer); his great grandchildren, Elizabeth Victoria and Emmalynn Franklin Davis; and his stepgreat-grandchildren, Benjamin Sinclair and Charlie-Gray Haney. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
