It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dottie E. Phillips (Franklin, Tennessee), born in Syracuse, New York, who passed away on February 21, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her siblings, Patricia, Mary and Allen; her husbands, George W. Hill Jr. and James T. Phillips; her grandson Ashley H. Sansoucy; and her parents, Allen Kain and Katherine Kain.
She is survived by: her brother John Kain (Barb) of Hannawa Falls, NY; her daughters, Jenny Ludwig (Paul) of Vonore, TN, Catherine Sansoucy-Robinson (Scott) and Victoria Hynes Franklin (Mike); her stepchildren, Jimmy Phillips Black (Joan) and Sue-Ella Watson; her grandchildren, Tyler P. Sansoucy, Kayleigh Hynes, Michael Hynes and Ryley Hynes; and her great grandchild Cayden Sansoucy.
