He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Hazelwood and Iris Huntley Hazelwood; and his son Glen Andrew Hazelwood. He is survived by: his wife Joyce L. Collins Hazelwood; his granddaughter Stephanie Renee Hazelwood; and his siblings, Betty Lou Stevens and Ralph Lynn Hazelwood.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 16th 2026 at 9:50 AM. A graveside service was held on Wednesday, September 16th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Rittertown Baptist Church Cemetery.
