Elaines presence was a staple there.The last time I spoke to Elaine I asked her if Target had made her the Store Mgr because she certainly had earned it. Because of Covid I didn't visit Target like I used to but about 2 wks ago I was going to inquire about Elaine since I had not seen her in my last several visits so I was sadden to hear about the loss of Elaine.
