He was predeceased by: his parents, Malcolm Caldwell and Rebecca Sweeney Caldwell; his son Terry Allen Caldwell; and his brother James Edward Caldwell. He is survived by: his wife Mary Lee; his children, Kim Caldwell Carney (Conrad), Kenny Caldwell (Tina) and Julie Caldwell Marsh (Mark); his grandchildren, Kristin Johnstone (Sam), Katelin Bale (Ryan), Taylor Caldwell (Logan), Trey Carney (Kaylyn), Hannah Caldwell, Clay Marsh (Lauren), Myles Caldwell, Elizabeth Marsh and Austin Marsh; his great grandchildren, Addilyn, Alexis Caldwell, Parker Johnstone and Hadlee Bale; his sisters, Christine Stockton and Sarah Caldwell; and his sister-in-law Joyce Caldwell.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Churches of Christ Disaster Relief in Elvis' memory.
