He is survived by: his wife Mary Emma Patton; his children, Vincent Maurice Patton (Jodi Smith) and Vanessa Marie Patton; and his grandchildren, Brandee Nicole Patton, Brandon Nicholas Patton (Elizabeth Sinclair), Robert Engels (Anne Engels), Thomas Engels (Alex King), Austin Fleming (Dania Fleming) and Reilly Puster. He is also survived by four great-grand children.
