He is survived by: his wife Bernice Sanford; his children, Arita Jones (Michael) and Travis Sanford (Inta); his grandchildren, Jamison Jones, Madison and Emery Sanford; his sisters, Anita Nevils Black, Sheryl Rush and Evelyn Rush; and his siblings-in-law, Mary Frances Leach (Eugene), Rose Nevils, Betty Burns and William Burns (Beatrice). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
