He was predeceased by: his parents, Ruby Coltharp and James Wilma Coltharp; his sister Wilma Gunn; and his son-in-law James Reece "Spike" Noonan. He is survived by: his wife Jo Coltharp; his daughters, Dana Noonan and Lora Hayes (Jamie); his grandchildren, Autumn Powell (Daniel), Hunter Hayes (Sarah) and Tanner Noonan (Rylee); and his great grandchildren, Tucker, Drue Hayes and Sawyer Noonan.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Love Worth Finding Ministries, an organization Harry has supported for years.
