He was predeceased by: his parents, James Oscar Kelly and Agnes Kelly (Bailey); and his siblings, Charles Kelly and Mary Lou German (Kelly). He is survived by: his wife Mary Lou Kelly; his daughters, Beth Burgess (Keith) and Kathleen Deese (Ron); his granddaughters, Kelly Burgess Easterling (Hunter) and Carrie Deese; and his sisters, Janice Orczeck (Kelly) and Linda Clayton (Kelly). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
