He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold J. Strunk and Elaine Freeman Strunk; and his siblings, Stefan Strunk and Joy Richards. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Louise Strunk; his daughter Jamie Nicole Strunk of Las Vegas; his nephew Michael Tomko (Helena); his great-niece Penny Tomko of Philadelphia; his niece Carrie Knight (Andrew); his great-niece Primlee; his great-nephew Nolan Knight of Lexington; and his sister-in-law Carol Tomko (Greg) of Lexington.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Old Friends Senior Dog Sanctuary or Proverbs 12:10 Animal Rescue.
