He was predeceased by: his parents, Patsy M. Sowell and J. D. Sowell (Sam). He is survived by: his daughters, Samantha Johannes (Kyle) and Sabrina Sowell; and his sister Joanie Dixon (Dean). He is also survived by numerous cousins and dear friends.
