He was predeceased by: his parent Shirley Hewett Garriss; and his siblings, Phyllis Kennedy, Jane Watts and Kenneth Garriss. He is survived by: his children, Kim Garriss O'Neil (Craig) and Jeffrey Garriss; his grandchildren, Nathan Garriss, Caroline O'Neil Lewis (Simon), Kate O'Neil and Colin O'Neil; his sister Beth Garriss Hardy (Jim); and his nieces and nephews, Dena Watts, Melinda Watts Billings (Steve), Michael Kennedy (Michele) and Gregory Kennedy. He is also survived by other loving relatives and supportive friends.
