He was predeceased by: his parents, Caryl Herbert Howard and Ethel Rosella Everly. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis; and his children, Christina Lynn Wilson, Ashley Renee Lunn and Scott Thomas Lunn. He is also survived by six grandchildren.
