He was predeceased by: his parents, J. P. Dugan and Nelda Binkley Dugan. He is survived by: his wife Sarah Dugan; his sons, Chris Dugan (Sorrel), Craig Dugan (Robyn) and Cameron Dugan; his grandchildren, Grayson of Gavin, C. J., Selah and Brooklyn Dugan; and his siblings, Harry Dugan (Carol), Charlene Williams (Hugh) and Darlene Fiveash (James).
