She was predeceased by: her half-brother Bobby Gibson; and her grandson Chad Wenick. She is survived by: her husband Doug; her children, Andrew Pettit (Judy Thornhill), Rachel Wenick (Tony) and Bethany Leighty (Erik); her grandchildren, Tyler Burns (Lindsey), Jacob Jones, Reece Jones (Emily Hostettler), Spencer Jones (Spencer Hadley), Harland Leighty, Hayes Leighty, John Wenick (Cheyenne), Kristen Meyers (Shane), Christina Wenick and Cody Wenick; her great grandchildren, Maverick, Avery Jones of Chase, J. R., Clay Wenick, Keira, Nora Rogers, Greyson, Athena and Rhea Meyers; her sister Kathy DePietro (Gene); and her half-sister Maureen Boisvert. She is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Asian Children's Mission, an organization devoted to sharing the love of Christ through education, healthcare, and support for children and families in Southeast Asia.
