He is survived by: his wife Freda Merideth Blair; his children, Kim Hawkins (Matt), Tim Blair (Rebecca) and Nicholas Blair; his grandchildren, Sydney, Maverik, Haley, Will and Brian; and his sisters, Carol and Sharon.
A graveside service will be held on Thursday, October 1st 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Tn McKeel Cemetery (5850 Cuba Landing Rd, Waverly, TN 37185).
