She was predeceased by: her former husbands, Spencer Gay, Douglas Womack Fuqua, Sr. and Donald McCrary; her son David Brian Gay; her parents, Michael Rabuka and Gladys Rabuka; and her brother Mickey Rabuka (Gena).
She is survived by: her sons, Douglas Womack Fuqua, Jr. (Jennifer), Spencer Gay and Michael McCrary; her sister Sue Flynn; and her grandchildren, Chloe, Cayli Gay and Morgan Fuqua. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins.
