She is survived by : her daughters, Katie Mayes (Chip Brothers) of Franklin, TN and Molly Mayes (Jesus Segoviano) of Franklin, TN; her mother Geraldine Mayes; her sisters, Marcia Mayes of Franklin, TN and Valerie Mayes Petschulat (David) of Franklin, TN; her nieces and nephews, Geneva Petschulat (Paul Attea), Sam Petschulat (Kaitlin Malick), Rob Petschulat and Jack Petschulat (Mia Otting); her great-nephew Max Attea; her significant other, Jennifer Kirila; and her pets, Luke, Gracie and Dark Spot.
