He is survived by : his parents, Robert Puckett (Pam) of Florida and Pat Flohr (Dave) of South Carolina; his wife Pamela Puckett of Franklin, TN; his sons, Michael, Jr. Puckett (Samantha) of Gaithersburg, MD, Benjamin Puckett (Laura) of Spring Hill, TN, Matthew Puckett (Kerri) of Summerville, SC and Kevin Puckett (Jessica) of Spring Hill, TN; and his grandchildren, Magdalene, Anders, Hadassah, Judah, Uriah, Ezra, Asa, August and Ivy.
